Team Approach Clients come to us because they need qualified candidates, and they need them fast. For this reason, we utilize a team approach for all of our recruiting assignments. After we have a complete understanding of the position description and requirements, our research and recruiting team is thoroughly briefed. The team is briefed on the client's culture and the position requirements. A complete position description is developed which includes the unique selling points of each client company and opportunity we represent. Resource Group is committed to identifying and recruiting the highest quality
candidates. To this end, we do not place ads for candidates. We research,
identify and recruit candidates based on the specific position description
provided by our clients. Of the candidates we present to our clients, over
90% are not actively on the market. They certainly are not responding to
want ads, nor are they searching the web for interesting opportunities.
Many high caliber candidates will not even respond to a recruiters telephone
call…..unless the recruiter is extremely experienced, has in-depth knowledge
of the industry and marketplace they work in, and they represent a highly
reputable, well known executive search firm. Our approach is to present
a pool of candidates that is otherwise unavailable to you. Our Referral Database Good people know good people. It's a simple truth. For this reason our approach is to utilize our 15 years of industry contacts to recommend, based on first hand knowledge, the right person for each recruiting assignment. Our referral database of over 54,000 direct marketing professionals represents virtually every functional area including: circulation strategy, database marketing and analysis, loyalty and retention, account direction, product management, merchandising and inventory, telemarketing, operations, MIS, creative, internet, and finance. Our referral database is constantly updated and refined. 12 years in the making, this is a resource we put to work for our clients immediately upon accepting a search assignment. Responsive Within 2 weeks of beginning a search assignment, our clients receive qualified candidates. Candidates are screened to ensure they meet the qualifications, are in the appropriate compensation range, are pre-qualified for relocation, and available to interview. When you retain our firm, you can expect regular updates on the status of your search. Exclusivity Some executive search firms will present a candidate to multiple opportunities, thereby putting their clients in competition with each other. When The Resource Group is retained to conduct a search, we provide complete exclusivity. We do not put our clients in competition with each other. In return, our clients work with us on an exclusive basis. An exclusive arrangement ensures clients receive quality candidates not simply quantity. Professional and Ethical Whether we're working with clients or candidates we work in the strictest confidence. Clients will often divulge proprietary information about their company to assist us in our search efforts. This information is held in the strictest confidence. Likewise, when candidates share information gathered to determine their fit for a search assignment, this information is also considered confidential.
