Ralph Peragine is founder and president of The Resource Group. The firm has specialized in executive recruiting in the direct marketing and catalog industry since its inception in 1989.
Prior to The Resource Group, Mr. Peragine held the position of General Manager with The Equinox Group, a general personnel recruiting firm and was President of Weatherby Associates/Weatherby Healthcare, a renown executive search firm with specialty practices in Accounting and Finance, Insurance and Healthcare.
Mr. Peragine began his career in recruiting with Lincoln Moore, Inc. in Chicago. He created and headed their NYC based financial and MIS division for 5 years.
The genesis for Mr. Peragine's own firm with a specialization in direct and catalog marketing began with the successful placement of the President of Michigan Bulb, a well-known cataloger. Since that time, he's built the organization into the largest executive search firm dedicated to the specialized needs of direct, catalog and internet marketers nationwide.
With over 30 years in the executive search industry, Mr. Peragine has worked with over half of the premier direct marketing and catalog companies, as well as, with leading agencies and other prestigious organizations. In addition, he's consulted with a number of start-up organizations.
